Masisi is an impressive region, at more than two thousand meters of altitude, with endless pastures, and herds of cows. A village of a few thousand people, with a nearby refugee camp hosting two thousand workers that are directly involved in the mining industry.
There are two types of mines: there are sites along the river and there are sites on the hills. We're going to explore both of them.
